At the other end of the village from Kroatzbeerwinkel is our holiday house in "Jonsdorf-Hänischmühe". Our terraced-house with private garden has four double bedrooms providing plenty of space for up to eight people.
With a total of 140 qm you have plenty of space to make yourself comfortable together or to have some privacy.

The whole house has underfloor heating.
On the garden level there is a room for your skis and bikes.
Smoking is not permitted in the house or in the garden!
No pets allowed (sorry).
No parties!

Prices
1 x double bedroom (up to 2 people) >> 120 € a night

4 x double bedrooms (up to 8 people) >> 150 € a night
plus a "tourist tax" (this is currently 1,90 € per adult per night, 0.95 € per 14-17-year-old per night).
Prices include VAT (7%).
We can provide a baby bed and baby's highchair (please bring your own bedding for the baby bed).

Final cleaning fee = 50 Euros
The cleaning of the log burner and the BBQ are not included in this fee.
Handtowels and bedding are in included in the rental price.
Firewood can be pre-ordered at 8 euros a sack.
Prices may vary on public bank holidays.
Security deposit: 150 € paid in cash on arrival/key handover, and returned on departure.
Minimum stay: 2 nights (in school holidays this may vary)
Check-in: from 4 o'clock
Check-out: before 10 o'clock
